Health & Social Care Training Provision
Providing appropriate workforce development opportunities for employees is an important responsibility for health and social care employers.
Those opportunities must not only enable employees to provide services in line with current practice standards but also meet organisational business objectives.
With our sector knowledge and experience Revolutions Training has been supporting employers to do just this by working with them to develop tailor made training solutions.
Following your enquiry you will meet one of our Associate Trainers. The purpose of that first meeting is for us to understand your priorities, interests and needs. We will then agree the intended or desired learning outcomes (practice changes) you require as a result of the training.
Once this is established the Associate Trainer will work with you to design a course with clearly measurable outcomes. These can then be used to monitor and manage performance and the effectiveness of the transfer of learning into work practice. They can also be used to measure the cost effectivness of training. As part of the course all employees would complete a Professional Development Action Plan which you can use to monitor and measure changes in performance and practice. All courses are evaluated and this information is shared with you.
Here are some of the training courses Revolutions Training currently deliver:
- Developing Person Centred Assessment Skills
- Improving Case Recording
- Supporting People Experiencing Loss and Change
- Person Centred Risk Assessment
- Supervision and Appraisals
- Equality and Diversity
- Masterclass in Selection and Recruitment
However, we are developing new courses all the time through our work with employers so please contact us if you would like to discuss how Revolutions Training could contribute to developing your workforce.
