• a monthly Employer Progress Report summarising your employee's learning progress
• to receive respectful and courteous responses from all members of the Revolutions team
• your requests for information, advice and support to be responded to promptly
• to receive accurate information and advice regarding available funding and any eligibility criteria
• to receive documentation concerning Qualification/Award/Certificate or Diploma achievement or course attendance as requested to maintain your records.
