Revolutions Training Certificates 1500th NVQ Award

Revolutions Training are delighted to have certificated the 1,500th NVQ Award through their centre. 

When Revolutions Training started as an NVQ Assessment Centre the majority of people we were working with were working towards their NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care. During the eight years we have been operating we have seen a significant number of people progress from NVQ Level 2 through to NVQ Level 4 and either the Registered Manager (Adults) Award or the current NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services Award.

It has been exciting for us to be part of so many peoples' career progression and to be able to support their learning and development in this way.

Demand for NVQ awards has shifted in the past year with the majority of our work focussed on providing the management level awards of NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (both adults and children and young people) and the NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services Award.

The NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services Award is proving to be an excellent award that does reflect the work and therefore, the competencies required by the person taking a leadership role in their organisation. The award is demanding especially in relation to knowledge and understanding. However, those we have supported to date have all found the process to be rewarding and benefical to their development with a resultant increase in confidence within their role.

As the landscape of vocational qualifications changes over the coming year I am sure we will see further developments and shifts as the Qualification Credit Framework offers different opportunities for continuing professional development.
